A Faculty Development Program (FDP) is a initiative to improve professional skills, knowledge, and overall performance of teachers. Purpose of the Program is to enhance teaching skills of faculties and update on new teaching methods and technologies. The program helps to enhance student learning outcomes, promote career growth and confidence among teachers. Some of the key Areas Covered in FDP are Teaching–learning strategies, classroom management, ICT and digital tools usage in education, assessment & evaluation methods. Communication & soft skills and Research & academic development. FDP helps teachers to stay updated with curriculum changes. Encourages new and student-centered teaching. Improves overall quality of the institution. Builds teamwork and leadership skills among faculty. We (peri school) gives importance to FDP.
